"Great room. It was a little sketchy walking from the subway at night, but I was by myself and not really familiar with the city so kind of made me anxious. Once I got to the room it was great. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was kind of an odd set up but can’t really complain for free."

"Hotel inside was awesome the neighborhood it's in wasnt great but what you should expect staying in south bronx. Parking is not great unless you find the few parking spots they have in the back of the hotel. I was with my mom which she has a handicap ♿️ and there was one spot left. Besides that staff were helpful and nice ! Would come back if I visit NYC"

"The rooms very clean housekeeping was great. The breakfast was okay they need ti add small bagels n cream cheese. One day AC acted up after that no problems. I loved that is was so quiet do to the area i was a little worried. I would highly recommend."

We had two main issues with our stay. The first was parking. The website states on-site parking which is definitely not the case. There is a public garage next to the property but was completely full with residents of the area that pay monthly and the staff there was rude. We had to drive several blocks to...

"Good location with subway close to getting in and out of the city. Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would."
