"The room and property was super cute and clean!! The locks for the doors were not the easiest to work and there was no staff to ask about them. It said there was parking available behind but if you leave once the club in front opens you lose that parking and have to park several blocks away. The club stays open and bumping until about 3-4am and the rooms are essentially part of the club as the yard of the rooms is the club. This makes it very hard to sleep since the rooms are made out of storage...

It is clean and well maintained. The food was extraordinary. Unfortunately, check-in is a sad introduction to the historic experience. The staff was polite and responsive, but the logistics were deplorable. Traffic jams were common at the front door, and anyone not using the valet was relegated to an alley side-entrance...

"The most beautiful, modern hotel with amazing staff in downtown Louisville! I would definitely choose this hotel every time for future stays. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was perfect. Very clean and smells amazing. The rooftop restaurant/lounge served the BEST burger I’ve ever had, suggested by a gentleman at the front desk upon check in. "

"The place has character and seems to be well taken care of. Breakfast is different and well prepared, but not that filling. Our biggest problem was not getting any hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink tap even after letting the water run for 20 minutes with the knob turned to the max on the right hand side (tried other settings too). And the bnb message about the access code did not arrive “within 48h of check-in” as given in the Expedia description, but just 5 hours before check-in,...

"The house is absolutely stunning! Pat the owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. She has everything for you toiletries, beverages, snacks, etc. She takes special orders for breakfast, which is amazing when traveling with picky eaters. "

"@12.05 am on 4-29-2026 at the middle of the nite, fire alarm announcement , everyone got up a rushed to the stairs down, after 15 second the cancelled, my suggestion is if property is not confirmed the fire why should they announce in the middle of the nite, there are all ages of customers staying at the property . they all start coming down through the stairs from level 14th downward. it was very inconvenient for the guests."
