The one complaint that we had was the toilet in the bathroom was positioned awkwardly so that the top couldn’t go all the way up. Again very minor inconvenience. "The hotel was renovated recently, and the interior is very nice with a contemporary design. The room was a good size. The bathroom also was spacious and up-to-date in the fixtures. The bed was too soft for me. The coffeemaker was so-so. Otherwise very comfortable. "

"Towels were old and torn. Mold in shower. No air conditioning although it is advertised as having a/c. Beds are way too hard. Not comfortable sleeping here. "

"When we arrived, I was told at the desk that there was no reservation for us. Then he checked again after I said it was paid for and verified. That was a little frightening and off putting. The hotel itself was lovely, full of antiques and art. There is construction ongoing behind the hotel which is very loud and makes it difficult to get a good night's rest. I love the Roma Norte area which offers lots of great places to eat and have cocktails but would recommend checking to see if construction...
