"We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"I like how it is so close to the T, food places. If you are visiting MIT or Cambridge area, this is one of the best places to stay. Breakfast is limited items but well stocked and enough to get you going for the day. Room service is prompt. Overall, it's an impressive and very comfortable place to stay."

"The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, our room was beautiful - a welcome oasis after the hustle and bustle of Boston, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't get to sample breakfast as we had to leave early, but the complimentary cookies were delicious. We hope to return!"

"I had high hopes for the Eliot Hotel based on its excellent reviews and charming appearance. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to those expectations. The biggest issue was cleanliness. It seemed like the room had only been spot cleaned. We found a contact lens on the bathroom floor and an empty plastic bag behind the bedroom door, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The shower was also incredibly small, making it difficult to use...

"Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. Staff was beyond helpful and...
