"My family and I stayed there for one night as we were to leave on a flight early the next morning but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant and helped us with all the questions and getting a taxi very early in the morning. "The service from the reception staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clear and very quiet, tucked away on a quiet street. Some excellent restaurants a short walk as recommended by staff. Not too far from the train station 10 to 15 min walk. "

"Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend."
