Super clean rooms. Pet friendly! Did not smell like it has had pets. Not much grass for pets unless you take a walk. DJ was amazing during check in! We would definitely stay here again

The service personnel were super nice, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The location was super close to the garden of the gods. The room itself was not so great, foul odor, ac didn’t cool properly, door at times would not lock. Bit outdated

I thought all of the crew were exceptionally friendly, helpful and met our needs to the best of their ability. The housekeeper did exactly what we asked. Even though it’s not a 5 star hotel, it was pleasant. Hats off! I’ll stay again. 😎

About what you get for a the price these days.

The hotel is about what one would expect for the price. The sheets are thin and the floors are not carpeted. There is a weird smell in the room as if it was a smoking room, but now is not. The staff is nice, breakfast is ...well the gas station had a better selection.

The staff was wonderful. They met our every request with a very positive and quick response. They even helped us carry all of our luggage to the 2nd floor. The room was decent but the vinyl floor was sticky, needed thorough mopping. Very few electrical outlets. Not enough lighting.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and there's no complaint about service. Main complaint is the bathroom which was not cleaned properly at all. There were still hairs from previous guests on the floor and sink. The shower needs a new surround - the plastic coating is coming off and very stained. The shower curtain was pretty stained too. I booked this place to stay under the $100 rate but I'm regretting it. I stayed at a Days Inn in Kansas for the same price the night before and the room was spotless, overall quality was way better.
