"The service at the hotel was terrible. It took us over 30 minutes to check in with such a long line. We were given a dingy unpleasant loud room. We couldn't switch because it would have meant waiting another 30-40 minutes to speak with someone. We finally managed to speak to the front desk the next morning and we're assigned a new room but we had to wait for until check in time (so had no room during the day). To re-check in that evening, we had to wait in another long line to pick up the new keys. We got to the room at 5pm and it was not made up. We decided to leave the hotel- the front desk staff said we would not be charged but only gave us a handwritten note. Of course we were never refunded. It was an awful experience. Poor customer service, never given our refund, dingy outdated rooms. Stay away!"
