"We expected a lot more from this hotel for the price point. The room was very dated, stains on comforters, very worn. The breakfast was no better than less expensive properties we have stayed at. The pool would be great for younger kids but is not very deep. At the time we were there someone was having a party with drinks and breaking most every rule that helps make a shared space enjoyable. Luckily we were only there for one night. Will say the staff were all very nice and if you want to stay next to adventure park it is the closest place but NOT a walk to hot springs or anything else really."

"Love the history of the hotel! We had a great stay- even upgraded to the Molly Brown suite one night - was a real treat! Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony taking in the gorgeous view. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Loved the heated pool. Place has a great vibe. Didn't stick around for breakfast. Front desk guy was nice. Only problem was my matress had a dip in the middle. Room 565 needs a new matress. Not comftorable."

"The person at the desk in the lobby was able to hold my cold packs in a freezer overnight for me. Thought that was really nice. Got a bottle of some lovely wine with my room. It’s where I stay anytime I’m in Vail for a reason. All this plus hot tub u see the stars at night. I mean come one. Definitely recommend."
