I checked in, went to the room and was appalled at the mold and terrible condition of everything in the room. I headed downstairs and canceled my reservation. I will never book this place again. While waiting to checkout , I talked with 2 other families checking out for the same reason.

This property is tidy but not clean. It’s treated like an extended stay. The front desk staff are unprofessional. Mainly the young man with the locs. I can’t remember his name. But his demeanor is unwelcoming. And not to mention my fiancé told me that he witnessed something while unpacking the car between the desk clerk with the locs and a woman. He actually had an altercation with a woman that claimed he physically abused her as she waved a weapon at him and threatened to use it if he continued to “put his hands on her. As she followed him from the lobby to the parking lot.

The room was dirty and outdated. There was gum crusted in the carpet, a candy wrapper stuck to the wall two different things crusted things on the nightstand, cigarette burns in the comforter, the pillowcases were slightly tinged yellow, and the bathroom had hair and other things in the corners and blue plastic stuck in the sink drain. Front staff was friendly and the coffee was hot in the morning. Would not stay at again ever. Adding just a few example pictures.

Bad hotel. Dirty, not new, very poor condition. Staff was not happy and made it clear they did not care. Check in process was very poor and rooms were as bad as I have seen in my 35 years of business travel.

Desk Clerk unfriendly. Room furniture soiled and outdated. Breakfast had not much supervision. Management makes a difference. Needs a caring atmosphere. Pictures look better than actual.

I had to abruptly leave shortly after checking in due to poor customer service and extremely poor cleanliness. Upon checking in, we weren’t properly greeted, as the gentleman was on his phone the entire duration of the checking in process. After arriving to the room, we noticed several stains alongside the mattress, stained/molded curtains, dirty walls and lamp shade, amongst other issues. There was a spoon in the side of the bed from a previous stay. Having severe allergies requiring me to carry an epi pen at all times, this posed an alarming health risk. I went to take a shower and noticed that we didn’t have any washcloths and the towels appeared to have not been washed. My husband went to obtain washcloths and towels from the front desk and was told that we’re only allowed two per room. We immediately left and went to another hotel.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Me and my wife decided to stay here for her birthday weekend. When we checked into our room we immediately noticed stains on the sheets. So we went back to the front desk receptionist (he said his name was cash), cash got us a key to another room and to our surprise the other room had the exact same issue. We were beyond frustrated at this point and cash was no help to our frustration. He was rude, nasty, unprofessional and completely nonchalant about the whole situation! As I said earlier we decided to stay here for my wife’s birthday weekend, instead of him understanding he decides to argue back and forth with us. We just wanted a refund and to receive a little compassion. I will never stay with any other country inn and will not recommend them to any friends or family. I wish I could give zero stars! Terrible service!!!

The room had dark stains all over the carpet, it was evident the carpet was not vacuumed. The room was covered in dust. The bathroom trash was not emptied. The front desk attendant was rude and on the phone in his ear bud talking while getting my room keys. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was terrible, took me an hour to check in, room air conditioning was not working, trash in the room. I got changed to another room and the shower was not working.

The staff were soooo nice! Really A+ for them. The rooms (we ended up moving to a different one) were gross. Toothpaste stains on the vanity, discolored/stained carpet, furniture, tub, doors, walls, everything. Thankfully the sheets were clean and fresh smelling and bed was comfy or we would have left. Hotel seemed super full, but rooms were actually quiet. “Breakfast” both mornings were scant. Some white bread slices in a baggie, yogurt, or the cheapest apples money can buy was all that was left by 8:15 am… oh and in a 4 foot deep pool, you couldn’t see your feet it was so cloudy. Location was good though.

Check in had a technical glitch with the company’s server/system. But things worked out and I was able to check in. The front desk representative was very nice. Given the technical problems and the number of people she had to check in, she responded to the problem professionally.

Very nice hotel although the staff members at the front desk were very rude, belligerent, and they did not acknowledge the customers presence. Sometimes it’s the people who run the show and not show itself.
