"The springs were incredibly relaxing and 5 stars for convenience to walk over from our room.
The negatives were that most of the facilities were closed for repairs (Nordic cold plunge, steam room, guest pool, and the 3rd pool at the triplex facility) I was really looking forward to those. Also, everything closes too early- 9pm. The kitchen closes at 10. Good for super early risers, but not for adults wishing to socialize in the cooler evening hours.
We had a dog, so we had a rougher condition room, understandably. The room was adequate, although it was very dated with peeling wallpaper, very old furniture and cheap foam pillows. The bathroom window wouldn’t stay open, so I had to prop it open with a creative solution. The AC filter was clogged, so I cleaned it in the shower. Not a huge deal, and perhaps this was all priced in, however this is a very expensive resort and I expected more value for the high cost of the room and resort. I will definitely return at least once a year. This was my first stay. The front desk manager, Harmon, was sweet, kind, and very helpful. Thank you! "
