"Check-in was at 3:00. No room ready until 4:00. Shower door wouldn't close, I had to wedge a washcloth into the door track to keep it closed. At breakfast, there were no knifes or salt packets 2 days in a row. Staff was not as helpful as we would've liked."

"Staff was the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever come across. We had a mix up with our rooms in the beginning and they fixed it immediately and apologized a hundred times. It’s an older place, so there’s some wear and tear, but it was a great price point, close to everything we needed, and we would stay again if we come back to the area. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, the college, etc. A/C was super cold, which I loved! "
