"The drinks were beautiful, along with the view at the bar. Our room was beautiful and the coffee was GREAT! Everything was perfect from start to end. One person working the bar could have been more pleasant - dark-headed girl. Smiling would help out a lot. We loved it there. "We were so surprised to see all rooms are ON the waterfront! So many seabirds and cargo ships coming and going during the day..if you're a boat/water person, this is a GREAT place. Room had everything we needed. Would definitely come back."

"This hotel is excellent for families and one of the only around with a suite large enough for all. Absolutely fabulous views of the bridge. Our teen boys LOVED the daily breakfast, and our 7 year old was constantly watching the birds on the shoreline and the ships going by. Small but clean and saltwater(!) pool. Trolley stop right behind the hotel, and 20 minute walk from downtown. Our only negative was the room was missing a tv (not a big deal to us, but our teens complained). Overall a great...

"Parking was easy and safe. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. The trolley that takes you to town was a plus! Enjoyed watching the ships that were on the river. "

"Pleasantly surprised! We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, and it was like a little apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Definitely one of the better places we have stayed! The only minor things that could be improved on is the lighting in the living room / kitchen area was pretty dim, and the soap / shower gel / shampoo dispensers in the bathroom did not dispense very much at a time so it was difficult to get a reasonable amount. "Expedia assured there was parking within the compound but when I got there at 7:30 I had to leave my van loaded with valuable equipment in front of a restaurant and right on the sidewalk. I hauled the most. precious items into my room and was not broken into but felt misled. I did not sleep well worrying about the van, especially considering the large number of homeless camps nearby"

"Not a place i would recommend.Had a blood stain on the curtain even.Toilet would not flush unless held down for ten seconds or more.The floor of the bathroom needed cleaning as it was black in the grout area from water from the shower spilling out from the shower curtain because it was not able to control the shower water from getting all over.Parking was limited also.The Mattress was extremely hard also.This was my second time staying here but wont be back."
