"I guess I didn’t read the details very closely when we booked and didn’t realize there’s no staff on site and there’s a self check-in so we drove around trying to find the entrance before we saw a sign with a QR code. Right after we scan the QR code. We got a welcome email that explained the check-in process. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay right downtown and we’re able to walk to the coffee shop and too many different restaurant options. Very convenient location."

"We had a wonderful stay last night and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel kindly upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable for our family of four. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from both our room and the breakfast area. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. Both our kids and we really enjoyed the stay. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Revelstoke!"

"Lovely hotel with good facilities and clean rooms. Staff are lovely and helpful but could do with some help- they were very busy and multi-tasking. Good, flexible accommodation options including a flat style annex with 4 bunk beds and two doubles. Great hot tub and nice cafe bar. Easy access to the road and excellent dining options including town."

"The Front Desk staff were very good and Zubin, the Manager was exceptional in helping us navigate between the Hotel and Expedia when we needed to cut our visit by one day. All the other staff we encountered were friendly helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our biggest complaints were about the horrible monster pillows and heavy duvet. Had we been able to stay on, we would have enquired about normal pillows and blankets, which we would hope would have been available. The shower head was not easy to manage."
