"Good location for where we wanted to be, attractive area and building, clean, with helpful staff. But the check-in was tricky in the dark and we and other guests had to ask for help. The room was tiny and having our bathroom across a shared hallway wasn’t pleasant or convenient (especially during the night). Needing three separate door codes to move about at all times was a real nuisance. The door code mechanism lit up, bleeped and whirred loudly, waking up your partner if you used the bathroom...

"This is a beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms. It is on a very quiet street, and the pillows and bedding are perfect, for a great night's sleep. The location is very good, and close to many quality restaurants and shops etc. Stephen is a great host, very helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommended."

"The property is in a good, quiet location close to the T. It was clean and moderately comfortable. They didn’t send the check in instructions until I reached out to prompt it, but once I reached out they responded quickly. Decent cheaper option near Boston sights to see."

"It. Was a nice room with a good location. The only thing was there was no light by the couch in our room. Only by the bed & hallway. So a bit dark.
Otherwise a nice stay."

"The staff is amazing, the beds are very comfy, the showers are hot. We had breakfast 3 times at the coffee shop. On check in, I was asked if I preferred a quiet room or one with a view. I thought is was nice to be given a choice.

"The property is in a very good location - the building has the old vintage vibe, however, it needs major upgrade. Elevator is very slow and usually doesn't work as it should be. Room carpet is old, needs to be taken out, bathroom need major upgrade. Bed is just okay, can be better...."
