"Enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Location was excellent and the amenities provided in great condition and well provisioned. Love the open plan layout. However property needs regular pest treatments, we experienced two separate occasions of large waterbugs appearing on ceiling in living room, and regular spiders and earwigs in bathroom daily."

"The Penthouse was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations such as floor plan, comfort and booking process was 5 🌟s. We were a family of eight adults who had plenty of space with a perfect ocean view. Everything we needed was there. Garage parking with security 24/7 was icing on a perfect cake. The executive booking staff was very professional, friendly and patience. The ‘evening’ security guy was professional, helpful with recommendations and most importantly friendly. "Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit."

"The indoor pool and recreational room are not avaliable unless you rent for 3 or more months. Overall it was a good stay. Would be better for people that play golf. "
