Hailey was amazing! It was my daughter's first hockey game - go Columbus Blue Jackets - and we flew in from CA for it, and Hailey sent up appetizers, a sweet handwritten note, and CBG decals. The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent.
