"This property is run down and on its last legs. Elevators out. Exit doors out of order. Needs cleaning. Needs paint. Needs upkeep. The kitchen is closed so there is no breakfast. "Traveled 5 hours and thought we would be able to rest once we got there at 4pm check-in time.The front desk person informed us that the rooms were being cleaned even though it was check in time at 4pm! We sat in the lobby with other unfortunate guests and waited 1 hour for our room!!!"
