Hotel dekat Museum Columbus

"This place is great. The location overlooks the raging Chattahoochee River and is a quick Uber to the fantastic downtown Columbus, GA area. Furthermore, the hotel has an agreement with the local YMCA so you can get a pass and use the gym there - not just a useless on site room with just a few treadmills. It's only a ten minute walk away and has everything a fitness buff could want. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too. I doubt I will have reason to make it back to Columbus, GA,...

"Booked a suite but when we checked in and got up to the room, it was not a suite. Went to the lobby they advised that there were no suites available and since I booked through Expedia there was nothing that could be done. I was able to get some bedding to make a pallet on the floor."

"Clean, nice, great staff!"

"When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and...

"Clean room, helpful staff."

"Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room."

"Loved staying here. My husband graduated BCT and we stayed here for the family weekend. Staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good! Will definitely stay here again for AIT graduation"

"After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...

"I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all."

"There wasn't any body lotion that I'm accustomed to. I had to buy some and then throw the rest away at the airport. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and very patient with the calls she was getting when I checked in. One of the spoons I used had a metal burr on it and I cut my lip. Suite 117 Thank you."
