Only one elevator worked and the down button on the sixth floor didn’t work. Elevator was shared by guests and service staff all day. So long waits, long lines, and multiple trips.

Cambria Hotel Columbus - Polaris
The room was not clean. There were wrappers behind a stool and chewed gum on the side of the night stand. The bathtub did not drain properly when taking a shower and there was a blood stain on the shower curtain. The door to the room had white powder all over the front of the door. I will not stay ...
