"Breakfast was not as expected. Room was clean but towels were not replaced when taken away. Wifi was extremely spotty but worked well in the lobby area."

"Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault."

"We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great. Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready. We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time."

"Myself and my two young kids experienced an elevator entrapment! Hotel miss managed response. I was compensated a gift certificate and some snacks. The loud pickers at 9am was the cherry on top."

"The hotel was very close to all the hotspots! Very friendly service and the rooms were in good shape. We had shared bathrooms which was a concern for my partner, but honestly once we got to the hotel and saw the showers and toilets i can say they were kept impeccable during our stay. I’m very impressed and would come back"

"Just a little confusing with the photos. As long as you recognize the bedroom is actually quite small. It has a bed with a bathroom. Then there's community room that is open."

"Definitely a unique place. The staff was great. What wasn’t cool was that after 4 pm, no staff was there to help with a minor issue. It wasn’t cool that when I checked out early there was no one to help with the luggage. Two flights of stairs is a challenge, thankfully when staff is there they can bring it up with their service elevator. Overall, I would return as long as my situation allowed me more time."

"Cost wise, a decent place to stay. You’ll need to take a bit from downtown to the hotel. Property was across the street from Seattle University. My first impressions when you walk up the outside steps was this is a place in need of serious repairs. I had a problem getting in since I booked with a particular website, but a very helpful person who I had to call ( no one on site) told me how to get into the lock box.
