"The rooms are lovely, modern, well equipped and clean. Each room has a different name! ( we were in the 'Prince's Room').
Some things to know when staying at Carizza Rooms:
- Hotels.com has an incorrect check--in time listed (2-4p.). Actual check-in is 2-3pm unless you notify property in advance. ( we arrived at 3:40pm to a locked door and stood outside for 10+ mins until manager arrived!)
- The C-Rooms has a WhatsApp # (widely used in Europe): +39 331 359 1531
- there is no front desk or...

"This property was a highlight of our trip to Sicily! High above the hillside, you have a view from the main grounds of part of the old city, the valley below, and feel like youâre floating above the clouds"

"The Feudi del Pisciotto Wine Relais was a beautiful resort in the middle of Sicily! The grounds were very well kept, the place was peaceful and serene, surrounded by vineyards and forested areas.
The resort itself is built using historical buildings from an old winery, and you can even see the old wine pools (pisciottos) where the grapes were stomped and the wine made!
The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom was spotless. The only issue we has was with the accessibility of the power outlets, but that was easily addressed.
The staff was super friendly and sweet and took us on a mini tour of the resort. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was beyond delicious! I wish we were hungry enough to order their full dinner menu!
Overall a great place for a quiet and relaxing stay! Highly recommend"
"This was one of our favourite stops on our tour around Sicily. After spending so much time in the cities, it was wonderful to relax in the peaceful countryside. The property itself was beautiful, full of character, and felt very authentic. There was ample parking.
The pool, set within a walled garden, was absolutely stunning, although the water was quite cold during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and our room was very spacious. That said, the furniture and bed were a little uncomfortable. There was a spa and some excursions. But no written information anywhere. A summary of activities in our room would have been helpful.
We enjoyed walking around the grounds, although part of the path passed by a small airstrip, which wasnât particularly scenic. Because of that, I donât think I would choose to stay in the houses located beside it.
You have to try  the almond milk absolutely delicious. We also had dinner in the dining room both evenings, and the meals were excellent.
Overall, this was a charming and beautifully decorated hotel, and we had a lovely stay."

"Great room overlooking the stream and with a super view of Ragusa Ibla. Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication re parking nearby. Amazing buffet breakfast! Overall a very pleasant stay."
"One cannot say enough about this sweet place in Ragusa. The rooms are well appointed, the terrace room added another dimension looking out on the rooftops, cathedral tower, and hillside. We had a dinner snack at sunset on the terrace which set off the marvelous day we had at the Valley of Temples (note you could see them lit at night from the terrace). Great beds -- we slept very well and enjoyed a great shower. The best part of the stay was the help from Benny who got us a bottle of wine for our sunset snack, helped with luggage, and prepared coffee and a lovely breakfast for us before we left. Highly recommend."
"The hotel is very dated and not sound proof at all. There were almost 70 kids on a school trip that were out of control and running around all the halls. I had a group staying in the room above mine that were banging moving things around and screaming! I had to go down to reception around 11:30 pm because coincidentally my phone didn't work (I believe that was on purpose, so no one could call down to complain).
No apologies, even the next morning. They acted like we were the problem and they didn't care. The kids didn't stop the noise until 2:30am! If the hotel is going to accommodate students, then they should not book regular clients!
Breakfast was ok. Also, didn't see any hot tub."
