Hats off to the chefs for the range of delicious foods for the buffets. Sri Lanka is open and I’d recommend the Cinnamon Citadel as a great place to stay. Great quiet comfy rooms, good range of sun beds by the pool for relaxing. Was a great stay. Thanks again to all the team. "

"My friend and I spent a few nights here and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is within walking distance of the Kandy attractions. There was also private parking for our TukTuk. "

"The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores. There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep."

"Fantastic service from the staff. Great room with million dollar views. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Sri Lanka. Beautiful rooftop with great infinity pool overlooking Kandy lake. Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped...
