This place was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The food was delicious and the mall was great. The hotel had drivers ready for when I needed or wanted to go somewhere. Would definitely recommend this place.

I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because the rooms could be more sound proof. You can hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway. Other than that, the staff and the amenities are excellent.

So that is a 18 ounce tenderloin, the best tasting cut of meat I have ever had. Ohh, and it was 15$. Owned by brothers who also own the cattle ranch which the meat comes from, in the area. Please eat there if ever in Bucaramanga
