"Everything stood out for me: All staff were incredibly happy and helpful. The property is a boutique hotel located on Playa Hermosa beach (perfect waves for kids without getting thrashed around). The rooms are meticulously kept, the pool is surrounded by lush tropical greenery with a troop of howler monkeys that call it home. This property is also perfect for those who require a levelled hotel with no inclines. It took 10 seconds to the pool, 10 seconds to reception & restaurant, and 10 seconds...

"Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone...
