"Room was clean. Bed was firm, like I prefer. AC was strong. Issue with the shower. The room looked like it was just remodeled. The shower needed a friction mat. It was super slippery. Someone could really fall and get hurt. Very nice job on the remodel."
"Good hotel, clean and well kept. The breakfast was decent. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest and fills with unsavoury characters after dark, but the hotel has put in security to isolate the hotel as best as they can. I feel this is a overall symptom of Concord."
