"Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!"

"They took my reservation online after 7pm and only on confirmation did I learn they didn't staff their front desk after 7, so it was impossible for me to arrange the late check-in they advertised. And then they refused to issue a refund. I never got my room."

"I’ve stayed at numerous Country Inn and Suites hotels, and have had great experiences. This location (Greensboro) was the exception. Not only was it not clean, there were numerous other issues: -elevator was broken -location in an unsavory area -no peanut butter at breakfast -no sugar alternatives (sweet and low or Splenda) for coffee -carpeting on stairs is stained/unsightly -lots of dirt near inside of side door -bathroom had no towel hook -on a positive note, the beds and pillows were...

"The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it."

"Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. "The pictures on this listing are false advertising!!!! They may have been taken 20 years ago because the interior and exterior are not even close to the shape that the photos display. The lobby smelled like sewage and weed. People were hanging out in the lobby and outside the lobby in dirty pajamas. It took an entire 20 minutes for me to even be greeted!
