"Naomi was so friendly and helpful. She really made the property pleasant. The gentleman who stored my luggage was also so friendly and helpful. They both offered restaurant advice and were so excited that I was visiting NY for the first time. They honestly felt like family and I was only there one night. Will definitely stay again. "Location could not be better! Room was perfection and there's a great little Bakery downstairs in the lobby that turns into a bar at night! What more could you ask for?"

"The pictures of the rooms are very inaccurate. If you have 2 beds, they’re twin size and you can hardly move around the room. The bathroom/shower is extremely dated. This hotel is in dire need of a remodel/modernization. Also, the pictures of the restaurants make them look way nicer than they are. I will say that the staff was very nice and helpful though."

"Unique feature is the awesome location. 79th and Amsterdam on the Upper West Side is at the heart of a vibrant and pleasant restaurant area, plus very convenient to Central Park and the subway lines to anywhere in NYC. Hotel was clean, comfortable, stylish and the staff were all great."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. There was no iron in the room, no washcloths were provided, and the ice machine on the 17th floor wasn't working. To make matters worse, the refrigerator wasn't cold or didn't seem to be working at all. Between the lack of ice and the warm refrigerator, I couldn't keep my fruit or drinks cold, which was very inconvenient. While the staff was pleasant, the condition of the room and...
