"The great: staff were lovely, check in quick and easy, location is super, easy to everywhere. The good: rooms were clean, beds comfy The "even better if": rooms are small...even for NYC, there is nowhere to store anything which means in and out of your suitcases every day. If you're only staying 2 nights...this is no problem 5 nights...bit of a nuisance. This also means nowhere to air towels which results in new ones required each day...not great for sustainability. Last thing...bags can be...

"Booked with them back in February. Blizzard happened, airport was shut down so my whole trip ended up getting canceled. They refused to give me a refund and told me to dispute it with my bank as it was an emergency weather shut down. My dispute got denied. Than I was just charged a second time. Would never book with them again. What a joke."
