" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, and many of them speak Spanish, which made communication much easier. The rooms were refreshed and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Dip from the Ane bar inside the hotel — he was an excellent host and extremely kind. The hotel’s location is outstanding, with easy access to many tourist attractions and business areas. I will definitely be staying here again in March...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Excellent location, warm in winter, close to time square and subways. The rooms are very small but pretty clean and practical. I would also like to thank the hotel for receving me a package many days prior to my arrival."

"The room is chilly because the windows leak cold air in the winter. You have to crank up the heat higher than you would normally. Otherwise the room was fine for a budget hotel. The location is excellent "
