"Its the perfect little room for someone traveling alone not spending much time in the room. The hotel was clean, friendly and great. The shampoos and etc smelled amazing as someone who loves very herbal smells. The little rooftop lounge was nice to relax at and i will be staying here again"

"Everything was fine, till they charge me almost 600$ when I left, and I called them and the lady said because I “smoked” in the room when I don’t smoke and I had my son with me, she said “we know when a person it’s a smoker” what kind of answer is that, terrible experience. Not to mention they have a night club in the second floor that they didn’t mention and it’s very loud."

"Excellent location in Times Square. Well managed and well manned. Only issue is that the keys to the door seemed to expire on a daily basis sending you to go talk to the front desk - the lines at the front desk were at times long. Overall, very good tho."
