"My name is Collin Gordon and I am reaching out in regards to my recent stay on July 3rd through the 5th. Upon arriving the two rooms that were booked were completely inhabitable. The conditions of the room upon entering were left extremely unprofessional. Pictures will be provided at the end of this email. Rooms 222 and 230 had a temperature of 94 degrees - more hot and humid that the weather outside. No one should ever sleep in such conditions; let alone have to enter such a room after...
