"My husband and I came to NYC for a concert and found the hotel clean and modern. We liked the cafe down stairs for quick bites and drinks. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were all kind! The only downsides were the shower not getting hot, just warm. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and one on the bed but just one strand so we did not call down about it. "I valet my car and at checkout called down in advance. 2 hours later my car was still not brought to me. I had to walk to the parking garage myself blocks away to retrieve my car or I might have been waiting for 3 hours. Even when I got there I had to call the supervisor as there was no one actually onsite as I stared thru the garage window looking at my car. Absolute horrible experience. "The front desk staff was amazing and helpful however the staff for housekeeping and guest services were lacking. The room I ordered was 2 twin beds but instead I got a room with 1 bed. Had to wait until it was sorted out which delayed my reservation for dinner."
