"The room was only “cleaned” once during my stay, which my stay was a week. There were ants behind the bed from old food no one cleaned up, I told the staff and nothing was done. There were fresh blood stains on both of my beds. The owner came outside screaming at me that it is a no smoke facility, which I don’t even smoke. "My family and I enjoyed our time at the Delta hotel. We had an ocean view balcony room which we liked. The room was clean and spacious. I will be back again!"

"Loved the chill vibe here! Upgrades are nice, view and walk to the beach are amazing, just right through the pool area and you’re at the beach. We enjoyed it was dog friendly and kid friendly. Little shack that had piña coladas was a favorite of our three kids. Overall, very happy with our stay. Parking is a little challenging though, so arrive early if possible."

"The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!"

"Good morning. Just a couple of minor things. For one the room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We purchased a smoke eliminator spray and it did the job. Second, the ac was set to 72 degrees but the room was not cool. It took about an hour for the room to cool down. Lastly, the microwave stopped working the first day. "I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again."
