"The room was spotless, you couldn't ask for better staff/management. A really friendly, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of parking, shops near by for everything you need"

"The beach view was really nice. Rooms were clean, clean sheets, kitchen is a bit loaded. It was some pots, pans, utensils, just kinda expected to get it clean everyday other day at least. Breakfast was handmade donuts. They were delicious."

"I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again."

"What you see there isn't the reality; the place is terrible. Nothing works: the room smells musty, the place is dirty, the air conditioning is old and in poor condition, the ceilings are broken, and the spa isn't functioning. Terrible service, terrible place—I do not recommend it."

"For a motel it’s a comfortable and affordable place on the beach. Loved that! The parking is a bit disjointed with pull in slots but no way to turnaround to leave. The shower head needed to be replaced or the water pressure was too low in my room but did the job. Minor problems unless you don’t plan on leaving the room otherwise."

"What a run down motel. You get what you pay for. We were just trying to stay close to Rockville event. We saw drug deals and prostitution at back of property and all along the street beside the motel"

"Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the...

"Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving "

"Decent property and great location. Some weirdos were staying there, which is not the fault of the hotel. Just a note for future- if there is a weird man in the entrance making inappropriate comments to a single woman and asking her if she is there alone- DO NOT give her room number verbally- make sure to write it down so she doesn't spend the rest of the night moving furnature to the door."
