"The property is clean and well kept. The air conditioning in the lobby and bar/restaurant area was out which was unfortunate. The breakfast was very good and the staff handling it was very friendly and efficient. The first room we had was clean and comfortable but out TV stopped working and maintenance couldn't get it working so the next day the head maintenance guy still couldn't figure it out so after a little over 2 hours they moved us to an upgraded room which was very nice and everything...

"Coffee was weak. Ocean view, perfection. Was clean. Outdated, but quite comfortable. Would stay again. Price was fantastic, and location, was easy access to everything."

"Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The room was very clean and the ocean view was amazing. Hotel breakfast was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was only one working elevator so we had to use the stairs a lot. With a baby that was inconvenient. Other than that everything was pretty good and we will probably come back again."

"What you see there isn't the reality; the place is terrible. Nothing works: the room smells musty, the place is dirty, the air conditioning is old and in poor condition, the ceilings are broken, and the spa isn't functioning. Terrible service, terrible place—I do not recommend it."

"We were in an ocean view balcony studio. When we first walked in, everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As we checked around the studio, which really was a separate bedroom and a separate living room kitchen. The door to the balcony in the bedroom was totally inoperative so we could not use that balcony. The door to the balcony in the living room worked, but you could not lock it. There was no thermostat in the room to give you any temperature control. The way they had it set....

"No fault of the property, but the pool and area around it needs.It was closed. Other than maybe getting a better coffee maker(keurig), than room was very clean."

"There was no chairs for the balcony. I paid more to set and enjoy the view from my balcony. I had to stand there. There was no restaurant, even tho they advertised as having one. there was only a beer loung, they advertised as a full lounge.the pool was too cold to go into."

"Advertised as pet free. During a couple nights, dogs were barking and keeping me up not to mention I’m allergic highly to animals. Staff was of no help and neither was Expedia would not go again."

"Pool area was ok, tiki bar affordable, did not stay in our room went to Marriott to say it wasn’t clean is an understatement. Door off hinges, unsafe and awful if negative stars were an option I would choose those"

"Everything was ok. Just a few details that have to be fix like the stove, just one burner working, the balcony door handler. The rest was fine. Excellent ocean view."
