The Westin At The Woodlands
Putting the toiket paper holder at the same height as your knees and close to the toilet is ridiculous. Unless one is a small child, one has to sit with one's knees hitting the holder, or at an angle. Whoever installed it either did it on purpose to mess with you, or was a completely incompetent ...
