"The hotel was close to the promenade, just a street back. Good outside space. Tea/coffee facilties a little wanting, not replenished enough, no milk. Breakfast good. Could be a water dispenser in the foyer for guests use."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"The don’t have air conditioning or working WiFi. Their sc is set to 25 C or 77 degrees. You cannot adjust and it’s an old unit in the wall. Furthermore they lied and said no one in nice has ac below 25 c. We went to other hotels in area and they said not true and also met other travelers in nice that said they had working ac. "Great hotel location. close to train or tram station to go to the old town. Lots of restaurants, shops abd cafes. The rooms are spacious, and we get free flow of water."

"Great location close to old town and la promenade. Rooftop pool and restaurant are awesome. Service is friendly and efficient. The main issue is the AC is the room. We booked a family suite with king size bed and pull-out couch and AC was not able to keep the room even comfortable, so forget cool. We were all hot at night so this was not pleasant. They advertised AC, and the prices included such a service but it's essentially non-existent. The gym was also rather disappointing for a 4-star...

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."
