"Walking distance to everywhere. Located in the center of all attractions in Nice. They had no more regular room so I booked a suite and it was just perfect for 2. There was even a washer- dryer. It was excellent! Room clean and dishes washed every day. I searched a lot and I am very satisfied with my stay !"

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"I stayed here for 2 Nights as I was attending a conference in Nice. The hotel is very simple but well maintained with very helpful staff and clean rooms. The rooms have a small storage area, simple bathroom with Shower a TV and a comfi Bed (Note there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no water in the room, however this is available at reception free of charge - Water is from a filter station located at reception).
