"I needed a room near the train station at the last minute so I could catch an early flight back home the next morning. Hotel Rishon was a fantastic find that had just completed renovations and provided a clean, safe, elegant and welcoming stay. It’s on the north side of the station which has fewer youth hostels and more govt offices so it’s a little less frenetic than the south side of the station. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We are extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled a genuine medical emergency. Despite notifying the hotel before our arrival, offering to provide hospital documentation, and even requesting a partial credit for a future stay instead of a refund, there was no flexibility or compassion. As returning guests who have stayed at Leonardo Hotels before and recommended the brand to friends and family, this was especially disheartening. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Betten waren auch bequem und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Der Standort ist super da das Hotel nicht weit vom Bahnhof Termini liegt und man von dort aus überall schnell zum gewünschten Zielort kommt. "
