"Great location. Great property. The only thing thats missing is probably bottled water. Tap water is drinkable but will be good to at least have complimentary 2 bottles a day. There is a main supermarket across the street so it was no problem at all. Aircon not the strongest at times but we managed. "

"Staff went out of their way to help me with my bags, the room was really lovely and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. Location was amazing. Be aware that it is a venue for live music, the Sunday night I stayed the band was playing downstairs until about 11pm. Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"Everything was very clean and the towels and linen were excellent. Bull the wall heating unit didn’t work, and I could see others have tried to switch it on manually using a coat hanger or umbrella, as there are black marks on the power button.
Some of the blinds appear to have mould on them.
I didn’t get a reply when I asked online if I could leave my luggage before check-in."

Shower room was very small.
Loose tap on sink.
Bedroom was very small
It did have an iron and "table " ironing board but I had to use the floor.
Did have a hairdryer.
Advert said it had breakfast but no, only had a small communal kitchen.
Staff were very helpful
Very well located for tram,bus and high street.
Very close to Cooggee beach
Easy transport to Sydney."

"I hate to say this as the location is 10/10 and the staff are so lovely.
Unfortunately the room I stayed in was quite dirty…I arrived after hours and was only there to sleep so did not ask to be moved therefore they didn’t have a chance to rectify the issue which I take responsibility for. However I’m not sure if any other rooms would’ve been much better as the main issue was the carpet which needs to be replaced. Just filthy and stained and the whole room smelled like dirty/damp carpet....
