"Stayed here before and it’s always been a good option before flying from Heathrow. This time it wasn’t up to scratch. The room smelt of smoke - fresh smoke like perhaps the person before had been chain smoking. The bathroom door didn’t close properly either and the pillows were pathetic. Wouldn’t stay again - for the price there are many other options in the area."

"The room was not ready when we checked in at 7pm. The shower had mould on the tiles. There were dirty sheets on the floor in the corridors - when we checked in and still there when we checked out. Room was noisy. Food was OK but not great. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Stayed here on a one-night layover. Very “American style” (free standing modern building with big rooms) Marriott other than not having a free shuttle to/from airport. Uber was a little over 20GBP. Because the hotel is not on the airport grounds, You can walk around the corner for about a 1/4 mile and get a decent meal and a beer at a neighborhood pub that has indoor outdoor seating called the Pheasant. Very welcoming and avoids eating in the hotel restaurant although the hotel restaurant...
