"Convenient and safe. Staff is kind and helpful. Average for cleanliness and wear. Towels are warn and unfresh smelling. They alternate service days. If you are going to do that then give enoug towels and wash clothes that we are not chasing you in the halls. If there are two people then leave four towels for two days if you do not service until the third day. Leave four wash cloths, one per day per person staying. Who would ever reuse a wash cloth! Staff is the best part. kind and friendly. Do not stay in rooms with adjoining doors even light tv you can hear every word until 1:00 am thank you staffer who had to go upstairs to ask the adjoined door neighbors to turn off their TV at 1:00 am. Consider offering a diffent scent of soap shampoo and lotion. Your scent is not unisex. I love men but I don't want to smell like one!! I understand you cater to spring baseball but show a bit of class by offering a different soap/ shampoo and lotion that smells more neutral than a mans aftershave. Good grief! The lotion is rancid If you want to offer soap shampoo and lotion in the huge bottles then check that the lotion hasn't gone rancid. I love to golf but felt very frustrated as a woman visiting there and I am an athlete but I don't want to smell like one!"
