"Seemed more like a rent by the hour room . My bed did not have a fitted sheet over the bed . The mattress was awful. It felt like a box spring ! Hard and lumpy . I could not stand another night trying to sleep on that. I did pay for another night in advance . I went to the office the next morning by 8 AM. I informed them that I would not be staying another night as the bed was hard and lumpy and felt like a box spring. He said , That’s the first I have heard of it ! I asked for a reimbursement...

"Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Lights in room didn't work. Room in serious need of maintenance and renovation. Staff was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was fine."

"What I did not like about the property was that we were promised a non-smoking room and it was a smoking room. The staff said it was supposedly a non-smoking room but my nose knew differently. Additionally, we were informed that we would be breakfast for two. We had a different idea about that. Instant food in the front hall with no place to sit is not our idea of a breakfast. However, that was not their fault, rather, Expedia for advertising it that way, or at least with not a better...

"Wonderful place to stop amongst your travels and lay your sleepy heads! The staff running the place are FANTASTIC, very kind and helpful. The place is clean and has all the essentials needed. The only recommendation I do have for them is to make a key drop off box available for those who would like to check out early, before open office hours at 8. That way early risers can set out on their next adventure as soon as they'd like :) Thank you for the great stay!"
