"Pool and hot tub were closed. Super disappointment for the kids. The staff were great and made ends meet with what appears to be poor management and lack of supplies to work with."

"The room looked clean. It was spacious. It was quiet and close to groceries and restaurants. The check-in staff were wonderful even though they were being trained. I left my EarPods behind and they were very kind and mailed those to me in a timely manner. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. No springs left, just felt like it sank right into the box spring. There was no hand soap. When I spoke to the morning staff about my concerns, they seemed to not believe me about no hand soap and were generally irritated with me. I would stay again if I could check the quality of the mattress first before staying in the room."
