"The front desk staff was a bit sterile. Also I requested a room high up very far in advance- they completely ignored this request, placing me on the third floor with a “partial ocean view” that was obstructed my trees. Thankfully, another house staff was able to move my room to a proper ocean view, but why didn’t they do this in the first place? Housekeeping was spectacular though. Have to pay for water and coffee in rooms!! Beach umbrellas a joke, as there were only a few in poor condition that...

"The service was superb. Property shows some wear after 10 years. Pool wasn’t heated as should be. Location is great and the simple but efficient beach service is a nice touch. Hopefully I’ll come back next year."

"I have stayed here many times. I have had issues with the cleanliness of the room twice. The bed sheets smelled like sweat, I had to put a towel over the sheets just to sleep. In addition to the smell of sweat, the bed sheets were also humid with a wet sensation to them. The bathroom also had that same smell of sweat."
