"I absolutely loved this hotel!!! Everything was outstanding! My jaw dropped when I drove up to it and even more when I entered the lobby! This is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel from both the outside and the inside lobby and room!! It is immaculately clean and exceptionally well taken care of! The front desk staff were outstanding in their friendliness and with their assistance! "no pool says they will not open it back up due to an additional add on being prepared. Main reason I booked was for that. the rooms were out dated and the shower and bathroom faucets had hard water build up and horrible water pressure"

"Room was new looking and clean. Decently quiet place. Bathroom door was messed up, but it didn't really affect anything. Hot tub was closed and the ice machine was broken. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was minimal."

"We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!"

"The bed was the best thing about the motel, where the little cubby hole they keep the hairdryer at was filthy gross with hair and dirt, behind the trashcan on the wall was covered with food remains and dirt there was hair on the floors and the hallways was sooo hot. There is NO elevator I repeat NO elevator. The curtains do not close so u can have darkness, def won't be staying here again."

"The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The pool was fun. It was too bad it rained so much, is the only negative."

"I think they had plumbing trouble because it seems like that the tub did not drain properly and there was hair and everything else in the bottom of the table of the room then we went and we went to the office. They were really nice about. It gave us a different room, but the second room that we went in. Looks like homeless people have been camping in it. It was awful so we stayed in the original one and cleaned the tub ourselves."

"Worst breakfast ever oh wait that’s right all there was only cold kids cereal and frozen biscuits the size of a 1/2 dollar you had to microwave staff was not friendly at all no greeting no thanks no good bye nothing"
