"Customer service needs major improvement. They need to communicate better. Instead of helping they become very rude. They do not tell you their policy and then confirm they received your request, but never apologize. Receptionist hangs up the call and then doesn’t answer just to later say “you got cut off”. Our room was not as bad. It was clean. But their reps need better training. They are dealing with paying customers. "

"The room was so small and old. Needs one serious updating . It also smelled musty . Police were there a real times for what seemed to be drug raids . I was charged $499 a night and $489 a night. This place should not charge more that $150 . The place needs a serious overhaul and it is also dangerous! I am so disgusted that I was ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE! "

Bathroom fan did not work humidity never left the bathroom. The tv was blurry. The filters and fan system in room starts and ends very loud and bangs all throughout night. The bed was very old and sank. I think this hotel has slapped to many bandaid remodels on top of each other it’s time to replace things. 2 of the 3 elevators worked and hopefully...
