"I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn and had a good overall experience. Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, conveniently located, and offered good value for the price. I would stay there again and recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay."

"Had to wait really long 50 mins to get hotel shuttle from airport. However hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Return shuttle is every hour, i.e. 6, 7, 8 am etc … 30 min frequency would be more desirable. Other than frequency of shuttle service, everything else good."

"Not value for money. The service was dismal. We had to wait around 15 mins to check in. The room didn’t feel clean as expected; it had a weird smell. Overall, it feels short of the cleanliness and services expected from a three starred hotel."

"Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise pollution being so close to the highway.. Our room looked aesthetically. OK bathroom was clean….. We had two queen beds and on the nightstand between the beds when we return to our room day one, were hundreds of tiny, dark brown ants. This occurred around 8 PM at night and there was no one from maintenance or housekeeping to help us, but the registration clerk found a can of raid which we used ourselves and of course the smell was horrendous…"

"The staff was helpful. The pictures on the website were very misleading. The carpet had stains, the bedding wasn't attractive, the boxspring cover was ripped, the sink faucet looked like it doesn't get properly cleaned, the shower leaked. The noise level at night was loud (I'm not sure if it's from doors slamming, but there were a lot of bangs or slams both nights). The furniture had water damage, the refrigerator doesn't look like it's cleaned out. There was a plastic fork in it. I did...
