"the hotel was great except for one thing (trivial) there were no bedside charging ports.. the setup was there for it, but the actual plugs were not. there was even an alarm clock with usb charging slots that had 0 power and so did not work as well.
i say this is trivial because there were a lot of wall plugs by the chair and on the desk had a multi charging station with both plugs and usb ports. its just that i prefer the ability to have my phone by the bedside.

"The worst hotel experience ever.
I arrived an hour early and was told that the room is not ready and they will call me as soon as housekeeping gets done.
I came back exactly at 4 and asked why didn't I get a phone call they didn't have an answer for that and had to raise my voice after waiting until 4:40 at the counter then right a way the attendant said your room is ready and gave me the keys, so I go to the elevator to find out that one is only working and had to take the stairs to the room...

Misleading “Adults Only” Designation — Avoid
This stay was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Despite being marketed as an adults-only property, the hotel was full of children throughout our visit.
The location compounds the problem: the hotel sits directly adjacent to a nightclub, with loud music pounding well past midnight. My courtyard-facing room made things worse — noise from the open courtyard filtered in early every morning, making uninterrupted sleep nearly impossible.
