"Stayed here 4 nights with 2 kids (16, 11) week before Easter. Pros: rooms are bdrm + living rm w/ pull out sofa, & 2 full baths! Great set up for families. full hot breakfast incl. each am. kids loved the pool and being across from the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and has more of an island resort feel. "Honestly, pretty disappointing stay. The pool area was consistently trashed—like no one was even checking on it throughout the day. The water stations were rarely refilled, so don’t expect basic amenities to be maintained.
Housekeeping was just as bad. We constantly had issues with not having enough towels in the room, and the trash wasn’t taken out regularly. It felt like basic upkeep just wasn’t a priority here.
For the price, you’d expect way better attention to cleanliness and service....

"It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only a couple of things that are small but...
We were told breakfast went till 10am. Apparently that is only on weekends...and we got there late Sunday night, so by the time we got to breakfast it was closed. I know it's a tough job but the woman running the breakfast was not very friendly or accommodating."

"The facility itself was fine. Included breakfast was nice. Location is convenient. The shuttle is a bit of a joke. You call the number and pick the shuttle option but it’s just a recording to say to call the hotel. You call the hotel and just wait on hold forever. We ended up just taking a cab. "

"Jennie at the bar for breakfast, Jiovanna at the pool & Donte at the pool, as well as the gentleman at the beach who was taking orders and giving drinks - all exceptional. Made up for lack of customer service from other employees.
Would wish they have microwaves in the rooms especially for families with younger kids who need to warm up milk? Made no sense to pay that much for a room and not have a microwave.
The Ocean restaurant is insanely expensive for the food rating it has.
