"Charged for airport shuttle, food at breakfast was disgusting. Tables at breakfast not cleared. Room was basic for the price. Honestly, it was the very poor quality of food and service at breakfast that gives this rating. Coffee terrible, eggs inedible, orange juice awful, bread awful"

"Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and...

"Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. We loved it."

"The carpet floor didn’t look clean although the bed was really clean and tidy. Bathroom was decent but needed extra towels for a family of four. The lobby was warm, didn’t know if it was the crowd of people checking in or a problem with the A/C. Other family members were also staying here and their room A/C was not cooling properly. As an airport hotel that is conveniently located for an early morning flight,it worked great."

"The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee...
