"The staff was very nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and easy parking. Wish breakfast went until 10 weekdays; we didn’t get to try anything. The coffee was good though."

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast only goes until nine. Underground parking lot, more difficult for larger vehicles. And the beds were a little to hard for us."

"We were allowed to check in early since our room was ready. The staff were very considerate. Kids enjoyed the stream near the shore. There were a lot of shower areas where you could wash your feet before you go back to your room. The location was perfect, walking distance to the braodway. "

"I love that the Hayes mansion is so close to everything you need to get to in the Bay Area. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is very enjoyable. Perfect for laying out in the sun. Stuff is delightful, and I love the history behind this mansion!"

"Nice quiet place to stay."

"Katrina was amazing giving us a personal tour and walking us to our room. She showed us their amazing work with Monarch butterflies. The views around the property are amazing. Breakfast was delivered daily and was so good. My only complaint was I heard the neighbors upstairs and our sink was leaking a bit. I think it’s because it’s an older inn. But it’s quaint and beautiful."

"Service and clean room was great. Only thing I didn't like is the vibe around the hotel. Nothing bad happen but sketchy people walking around or driving by through out the evening and night. Plenty of parking, good air conditioning, nice staff, clean room, cold/hot water, food with in walking or driving distance, next to the exit/entrance freeway."
