"The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for...

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Asteria Belek. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weitläufig und insgesamt für ein großes 5-Sterne-Hotel gut gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön, allerdings war es am Vormittag oft schwierig, einen freien Sonnenschirm oder eine Liege direkt am Strand zu bekommen. "J’ai réservé une chambre familiale sur Expedia, mais le responsable de l’hôtel m’a affirmé qu’il s’agissait d’une simple chambre standard. Je n’ai donc pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel. Avec un tel manque d’honnêteté, c’est peut-être mieux ainsi. Mieux vaut éviter ce genre d’établissement."

"Poor customer service. We were left to find out own rooms on arrival with wrong directions. Staff allowed people to que jump at the main reception despite me telling them that I have been queuing for a while. For the price and the supposed 5 star rating I was expecting 5 star service. You will find a better hotel in the same area for the same price or cheaper without a doubt. "Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety. We stayed 5 days , and believe 3 days are more than enough."
